A Bit About Me

3 years ago I made the transition from vegetarian to vegan. I’ve always been a strong advocate for a plant-based diet, loving the variety of environmental and health benefits which comes with it. I can remember when I first turned vegan people thought I was crazy. I’d get asked: “what do you eat?!”, “Don’t you lack protein?!”, “How is it making an environmental difference”?! 

​A transition to a plant-based diet can be difficult, but it isn’t impossible! I’ve decided to make this blog in answer to the questions above, and many more, to aid others in their journey to veganism 🙂
